I’ve always been a fan of Jonnos paint and have had a depot account for many years. The various managers have looked after me with price and have always been friendly and welcoming.

Recently some of those friendly, reliable staff have been packed off. One of them with absolutely no warning, and the replacements were obviously sworn to secrecy.

I went in today and was asked if I had brought cheque to pay my monthly bill. Yes its due by the end of the month but normally wait a week or so, its never been a problem before. Apparently a few more days and ill be on stop credit!

Last week I bought some paint through the big red rewards scheme and the member of staff couldn’t work out 40% off shelf edge.

I was very disappointed to be hassled for payment today. I felt like a bad payer.
