Prices are given on an hourly basis rather than per job with a one hour minimum charge. This way we can repair or install multiple things for you as well as keeping your cost's to a minimum.
For larger jobs an estimate can be provided, simply contact us and we wil arrange a suitable time to visit.
There is no call-out fee, Prices are for labour only. Our handyman has all his own tools but you must purchase any additional materials needed.
Our rates are as follows :
Monday to Friday
08.00 to 18.00 >> £40 1st hour then £15 for each half hour thereafter.
After 18.00 >> £60 1st hour then £30 for each half hour thereafter.
Take advantage of our half day rate of £130 or a full day at £240 + VAT
Saturday
08.00 to 13.00 >> £60 1st hour then £30 for each half hour there after.
All prices are for labour only plus VAT.
Parking and Congestion charge are extra where applicable.
Any materials purchased by us will be subject to a 25% surcharge to cover our time sourcing and collecting.
Payment
We accept credit card or cash, which can be paid in advance or in person on completion of work
Businesses open a credit account payable in 7 days (with up to 42 days interest free credit). Please contact us to open an account.
Cancellation
Handyman Plus operates a 24-hr cancellation policy. If you have to cancel your job for any reason 24 hours notice must be given. If we do not receive 24 hours notice or we cannot gain access to a property our minimum cost of £40+ vat will be charged.
